~*~ Jack's POV ~*~
"Jack, are you sure you want to to this?"
Tooth was giving Jack a concerned look as they approached the spot where Pitch had vanished with his Nightmares.
Jack nodded. "Of course. We can't leave [name] there alone with Pitch. What if he convinces her to attack us? Makes her a new Dragonstone that corrupts her to attack us and the children who believe us?" He shared a worried glance with North. That was his idea, not Jack's.
"Then we'll just have to find the corrupted Dragonstone she has, destroy it, and she'll be back to normal ... right?" Tooth gave Jack a concerned look.
"That's the plan." Jack nodded, looking around. "Unless you have a better idea."
"Not at all, mate." Bunny came up from his hole.
Jack stared at the place where Pitch had vanished to. "Bunny, do you think he's still down there?" he asked the rabbit.
Bunny thumped the ground a few times. "Hard to say, mate. There's a lot of Earth down there."
Jack glared at the spot where the hole had once been. "I'm going to try something ..." He slammed the end of his staff on that spot.
Frost bloomed out in a circle, while snow flew up around it. The ground suddenly caved in, and Jack leapt down the hole.
Little did he know, Pitch was ready to attack him.
~*~ Your POV ~*~
You felt something move around you. You half-opened an eye, expecting Pitch's Nightmares swirling around the cage. That wasn't the case this time, though.
Frost was creeping up the cage Pitch had put you in. You moved over to the bars, looking around for him.
"Jack!" you called, looking around.
He appeared from the top of the cage. "Hey, snowflake. You all right?" he asked.
"Jack?" you breathed in disbelief. "No ... this has to be some sort of nightmare ..." You shook your head. This had happened so many times ... only to have him turn into Pitch and keep you there until you turned into an old lady ... or died. Whichever came first.
"Nope. It's all real. Give me your hand." Jack leapt down and opened the cage. He offered you his hand, the other gripping his staff.
You shook your head. "No ... this isn't real."
Jack noticed your terrified look and sighed. "If this wasn't real, this wouldn't feel cold."
Some frost started spreading from your feet to your ankles. It was as cold as it should be, and you yelped and stumbled back to get away. "T-that's so cold!"
Jack smiled a little. "Come on. I'll take you out of here." He came closer, extending his hand again.
You carefully took it, and he pulled you up and close to him. Your eyes were locked with his for a brief moment, then he pulled you out of the cage.
"Going somewhere?"
Your body locked with fear. You knew that voice too well.
Jack noticed this and held you close, in a protective stance. "Pitch." He spat the word out like venom.
Pitch chuckled; a sound that was nowhere and everywhere all at once. "It's rude to leave your host without a goodbye ... or take his hostess."
"She was never yours, Pitch. She's nobody's." North unsheathed his swords.
"You messed with the wrong Guardian, mate." Bunny pulled out his boomerangs.
"Ooh, I know this doesn't really go down to violence!" Tooth flitted all over the place, worrying.
Sandy just gave Pitch a 'Bring it on' glare.
"Since when did you care for formalities, Pitch? Why do you want [name] so much?!" Jack demanded.
Pitch chuckled, somewhere close to your ear. "Because with her powers, I can finally bring back fear and chaos! It'll be just like the Dark Ages again!" Pitch chuckled with laughter. "And this time, the Man in the Moon won't be able to stop me. Or any of you."
You felt something cold creaping up your legs. "Jack ..." you whispered. He continued to glare at Pitch, as if he hadn't heard you. Then his eyes widened, and you could feel the fear raidating off him. "No ..." he breathed, he looked at you, but he didn't seem to see you. "[name]! Pitch, what did you do to her?!"
You turned to look, only to see a massive black dragon looming over him. Your eyes widened, and you swallowed in fear. So that's how big you were ...
Pitch laughed. "She joined me, Jack. Say goodbye ... forever!"
~*~ Jack's POV ~*~
He just had you in his arms! He knew he did! He stared at you, the massive black dragon. It roared, and he heard the others behind him mumbling in fear. He didn't pay attention; he was more scared of getting out.
Jack watched it rear, then exhale in the Guardians' direction. He held up his staff in a defensive position, bracing himself ...
But it never happened.
The attack was bouncing off something in front of him ... something that looked human ...
"Jack, run! I'll follow behind you!" you called.
He just nodded and ran, the other Guardians following behind him.
"What was that?" Tooth asked.
"It was unusual," North agreed.
"I don't know about you, mate, but something's not right. What blocked [name]'s attack like that?" Bunny was confused.
Sandy just shrugged.
Jack swallowed. "I ... it was [name] ... I heard her voice ... She told me to run ... that-" He was cut off by you.
"That I'd follow behind him." Your voice was coming from somewhere in his hoodie.
Jack jumped, reached into his hoodie, and pulled out your Dragonstone. "[n-name]?" He stared at the stone in disbelief.
"What?!" the other guardians gasped.
You snorted. "Yeah, of course it's me. What, can't see me or something? Did you think I really was that monster? Of course not! I have (f/c) scales!"
"[name], we really can't see you." Jack held the stone close to his eye. "What are you doing in your stone?"
"I'm not in my Dragonstone! I'm right in front of you!" Jack felt a sensation silimar to being walked through ... right through his face. "I ... huh? What the-?!"
"I felt something ... but was that really you?" Jack asked.
"Of course!"
"Ah, I think I know what going on." North nodded, staring at your Dragonstone. "You somehow separated from body, and stayed with Jack. Now we hear you from stone."
"What?!"
"Jack, are you sure you want to to this?"
Tooth was giving Jack a concerned look as they approached the spot where Pitch had vanished with his Nightmares.

What Hurts the Most- Jack Frost
"I…I think it's best that you go…" the girl said quietly, avoiding his eyes.
"When should I come back?" he asked, blue eyes hopeful.
"Never."
"What! Why?"
Looking up, tears collecting in her eyes, she took a step back from him just out of reach.
"That's just it, Jack. What Pitch said is true, we can't be together, it just won't work."
Stepping forward, the winter spirit reached for her hand. "You can't trust what Pitch says! I'll never let him take you again, I'll protect you until my last breath! I promise." He added, taking her hand.
Ripping it away, the girl continued, struggling keep her voice from wavering; "That's my point

Jack Frost X Reader - A Week In Winter (6)
Pitch Black wakes up, and sees you and Jack Frost working together.
"Fine. You win. But remember, you forgot what gives you your magic. Your staff." Pitch smiles, and he's holding your crystal white staff.
"What?!" You say, looking at your hand. Believe it or not, it's not in your grasp any more.
"How did you...do that?!" You exclaim. "I'm still not letting you win!" You say angrily.
"That's my winter princess!" Jack Frost says with a grin, ruffling your hair. You smile sweetly.
"Now, about my staff..." You say. You open up your hand properly, and you use your magic to pull your staff closer to you. Pitch is being pulled along with it.

Jack Frost and the Wind (JackFrostxReader) 6
Chapter 6:
The woods. A dark, haunting, lonely type of place. But standing next to someone else, someone with frost-white hair and icy blue eyes, hand-in-hand, shoulder-to-shoulder- someone you barely know, but feel like you do- everything drifts away. Everything around you, even the place where you stand, seems to fade away, leaving you and him, just you and Jack, the only people in the forest, the only people in the whole world. It's perfect, you think. I'm not afraid anymore. Is that- is that even possible?
Your footsteps slow to match his pace. You have arrived at a inexistent place, something much like a fant
